- Beurrer un moule à cake et mettre la moitié de la pâte dans le fond.
- Déposer la saucisse de morteau dessus et recouvrir avec le reste de la pâte.
- Laisser pousser minimum 1h30 près d'un chauffage
- Une fois bien gonflé badigeonner avec un jaune d œuf mélangé à 1 cc de lait végétal. Mettre au four 30 min.
